1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.

Refunds will include the standard delivery cost paid at checkout (if applicable), in accordance with UK law.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


2. 90-Night Satisfaction Guarantee (Commercial Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, omellu offers a voluntary 90-night satisfaction guarantee for customers in the United Kingdom.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

This guarantee is a commercial goodwill policy and does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer protection law.


3. Return Conditions (90-Night Guarantee)

To qualify under the 90-night guarantee:

• The request must be made within 90 days of delivery
• The item must be returned in reasonable condition
• All original components and accessories must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


4. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Products that show excessive wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify
• Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective.


5. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide return instructions

  3. Ship the product back following the instructions provided

  4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm approval

  5. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days


6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

In such cases, we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Issue a full refund

at no additional cost to you.
