Risk in the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received.


7. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

In addition to statutory rights, Omellu offers a voluntary 90-night satisfaction guarantee for customers in the United Kingdom.

This guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy and does not affect your statutory rights.


9. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.


10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
